Minimum 2 nights for a reservation, a single night stay is possible only for "a last minute" call 24 h before arrival.

Ideally located near Chambéry, only 8km from the A43 (exit n°12), on the way to the main sky resorts, "La Bageatière" offers a confortable accomodation for a stop on friday nights during the winter season.

Our bed & breakfast is located at Lepin-le-lac, a small village on the Aiguebelette lake well known for its exceptionnal natural environnement, and for its very pure waters (no motor boats allowed). This is the third largest natural lake in France, and as it is quite shallow the temperature can be near 28° in summer.

Within immediat reach, many other charming villages are worth a visit in the Aiguebelette and Yenne areas, juste follow the narrow and picturesque roads.
The lake of Aiguebelette is idealy situated in the very heart of the Rhone Alpe region only 15 minutes from Chambéry ( old town center with the castle of the Savoy dukes).
This region offers a wide range of activities to visitors:
. visits ( the regional natural parks of the massif of Les Bauges and La Chartreuse, Lake le Bourget, the Sardinian way and the Echelles caves, the Savoy wineyards...)
. and sports ( bathing, fishing, rowing, hicking, moutain bike, paragliding, via ferrata, canyoning, horse-riding, tennis, golf... )

« La Bageatiere » is an old stoned farm built in the XIX century recently renovated, in a 7OOO m2 parc entirely walled-in, with a stream flowing round one edge of the garden. This beautiful oasis is a tempting place for a nice rest on the shade of the big walnut-tree or apple trees and comfortable garden furnitures are at your disposal. The shore is only 800 m from the house.
